Acceptance
The acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Student (and/or Guardian) shall constitute a binding agreement between the Student (and/or Guardian) and Miss Rosie Creative and Rosie Kalber Performing Arts Studio. These Terms and Conditions may change at any time, and Students/Guardians will be notified upon any change to these Terms and Conditions within 3 business days of any change.
Indemnity
The Student (and/or Guardian) indemnifies Miss Rosie Creative and Rosie Kalber Performing Arts Studio in respect of any loss, damage or costs suffered or caused by reason of the Student’s (and/or the Guardian’s) failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions or any other matter whatsoever not caused directly by Miss Rosie Creative or the conduct of Miss Rosie Creative and Rosie Kalber Performing Arts Studio, including physical or medical issues not notified to Miss Rosie Creative and Rosie Kalber Performing Arts Studio immediately upon their detection. The Student (and/or Guardian) indemnifies Miss Rosie Creative and Rosie Kalber Performing Arts Studio against any decision made to release a student from Miss Rosie Creative and Rosie Kalber Performing Arts Studio's Services, without the need to provide reason for the release of the student.
Lesson Location
Lessons are held in a nominated private studio in both the Cranbourne East and Ferntree Gully Locations. Occasionally lessons are held at the Student's home or allocated space. Your lesson location will be confirmed at your enrolment point, with any changes provided via email or sms from time to time.
Trial Lesson
The first lesson at Miss Rosie Creative and Rosie Kalber Performing Arts Studio is an assessment lesson and is free of charge. The online student enrolment form must be completed sufficiently and received by Miss Rosie Creative and Rosie Kalber Performing Arts Studio prior to confirmation and attendance of any Trial Lesson. If the student opts to not enrol with Miss Rosie Creative and Rosie Kalber Performing Arts Studio, the online student enrolment form will be disregarded.
Private Lessons
Lessons are private, and no external parties are to be present during these lessons. Exceptions to this include junior students who are uncomfortable without their parent guardian / special needs / during the early period (1-3 lessons) whilst a parent is getting to know me as a coach (building trust). Otherwise I request that lessons be limited to students only.
Booking Lessons
Lessons are booked via email, sms or phone with Miss Rosie Creative and Rosie Kalber Performing Arts Studio, with students securing a set weekly day and time for their lessons, with a one month commitment per student booking.
Payment Terms + Options
Payment method is direct credit transfer upon receipt of an invoice via email from Miss Rosie Creative and Rosie Kalber Performing Arts Studio . Transfer details are supplied below, and you may wish to add these details into your banking system for streamlined future bank transfers. An invoice will be sent to Students (and/or Guardian) between 2 and 5 days prior to the commencement of the following month ready for pre-payment all lessons included within the following month. All lessons are to be paid in full prior to commencement of the following month via direct credit transfer.

Please note if booked lessons are not paid prior to the commencement of the new month, the lessons will automatically cancel. If you require a payment extension, please contact Rosie Kalber Creative and Rosie Kalber Performing Arts Studio via email, sms or telephone call.
Additional Charges
Recording sessions, workshops and live performance opportunities are an optional activity for students at Miss Rosie Creative and Rosie Kalber Performing Arts Studio, and will incur additional charges to the Student (and/or Guardian).
Rescheduling + Cancellations
If you need to reschedule any of your lessons, please let me know and I will do my best to accomodate your request. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy on booked lessons. You may reschedule, out of that time, but within that period, a cancellation becomes a forfeit and no refund will be provided. If you reschedule a lesson, the rescheduled lesson time is to be booked within the same month that the lesson was originally booked, or that lesson becomes a forfeit.
Lesson Preparation
Please bring a water bottle to your lesson, a notepad and pen and printed lyrics of any song/s you are working on. It is up to you as the student to select songs you would like to learn / work on during lessons, and to organise your printed lyrics for your lessons. I work with students in partnership, and there is positive benefit in taking responsibility for lesson preparation. Naturally, junior students are to coordinate preparation with their parents / guardians.
Wifi Connection
Wifi connection can be utilised to download student tracks, but not to stream songs. It is preferential that students provide their tracks for lessons prior to commencement of the same via email or on a USB drive at the comment of their lessons. If students require assistance in obtaining suitable lesson music tracks, please notify Miss Rosie Creative and Rosie Kalber Performing Arts Studio via email, sms or telephone call in an appropriate and timely manner.
Teacher Absence
In the event of a teacher absence/illness, lessons will be rescheduled between Miss Rosie Creative and Rosie Kalber Performing Arts Studio and the Student (and/or Guardian), at a suitable rescheduled lesson time.
Attendance by Rosie Kalber at external events
I will make every endeavour to support students at external events, singing competitions and performances etc., however this attendance is not guaranteed and at times will attract an additional fee for my attendance, if specifically requested by the Student (and/or Guardian).
